This Week in Gladdy Town

Folks, this week we were busier than a cane toad trying to cross a busy street.

Long story short, we made it to the swamp… without too many injuries.

Aside from our regular ‘work’ we put in the hard yards for this weekends’ Dolly n Kenny show at the Many Peaks Hotel, got our tax sorted AND, whipped up one of our handmade music videos for the new album.

Fishy Fishy was a song I cobbled together… sorry, Lovingly Crafted, in a few minutes during a dull fishing trip. My mate, Vince, who features in the video said, “You should record that!”

My reply was, “Who the hell would want to listen to this?”

Answer: all the people who got in touch to say it was one of their favourite songs on the album.

Well, Gladstone is a town full of fisherhumans.

Anyway, we hope you enjoy watching it as much as we enjoyed making it!

If you’d like to hear some of the more serious songs I put onto the album, you can find them here at gregbraymusic.com

Spotted near the boatramp:

It was cool enough on Wednesday morning to see this!

The RAAF spent some time buzzing the town on Thursday
Spotted at Cash for Containers. Kids, this is commitment.

Initially I thought I was looking at a record breaking Praying Mantis! Turned out to be a palm frond waving in the breeze…

It was a cracking day to go fishing… pity we had to use the boat to film instead

If you must know, those drinks are poured out of two buckets

Ta for dropping by! See you again on Sunday 😉
